About GroRev SalesNair
GroRev SalesNair is a GTM advisory, sales execution and growth marketing firm that helps B2B technology companies, SaaS businesses, growth-stage ventures and consumer brands design and operate integrated customer-acquisition systems.
We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, bringing together market strategy, demand generation, sales execution and performance optimisation to support measurable commercial growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimise customer-acquisition campaigns across B2B technology and D2C accounts.
The role requires someone who can adapt performance-marketing strategies to different commercial models. For B2B clients, the focus may include generating qualified leads, demo requests, sales conversations and pipeline. For D2C clients, the focus may include customer acquisition, online conversions, repeat purchases and retention.
You will take ownership of paid-media execution, audience strategy, creative experimentation, landing-page performance, conversion tracking, campaign reporting and continuous optimisation.
This is not simply a campaign-coordination role. It requires active responsibility for connecting marketing investment to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Social Advertising
Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant paid-social platforms
Build campaign structures around awareness, demand generation, lead generation, conversion and retargeting objectives
Develop account-based and persona-led audience strategies for B2B campaigns
Develop interest, behavioural, lookalike and customer-based audiences for D2C campaigns
Manage campaign budgets, placements, bidding strategies and optimisation
Monitor performance regularly and make data-informed adjustments
Test audiences, offers, messaging angles, landing pages and creative formats
2. Paid Search and Intent Capture
Plan and manage Google Search campaigns across B2B and consumer accounts
Conduct keyword research based on buyer intent, commercial relevance and stages of the customer journey
Develop campaign structures around products, services, solutions, industries and customer problems
Manage search terms, negative keywords, bids, budgets and quality scores
Improve traffic quality, conversion performance and cost efficiency
Manage Google Shopping and product-feed campaigns where relevant to e-commerce accounts
3. B2B Demand Generation
Develop paid campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, content engagement, demo requests and discovery conversations
Build campaigns around target industries, accounts, buyer roles and commercial pain points
Coordinate gated-content, webinar, lead-magnet and consultation campaigns
Align campaign targeting and messaging with the client’s Ideal Customer Profile
Work with sales teams to understand lead quality, opportunity progression and campaign contribution
Analyse the complete journey from marketing response to qualified pipeline
Recommend improvements based on lead quality—not only lead volume
4. Creative Strategy and Experimentation
Translate performance insights into clear creative briefs for designers, writers, content creators and video editors
Develop and test campaign hooks, value propositions, offers and customer pain-point narratives
Recommend suitable formats, including static advertisements, short-form videos, explainers, testimonials, case studies and UGC
Maintain a structured programme for creative and messaging experimentation
Identify winning themes and recommend how they can be scaled
Ensure creative execution is aligned with the intended audience and campaign objective
5. Landing Pages and Conversion Optimisation
Review campaign landing pages for message alignment, clarity and conversion potential
Recommend improvements to headlines, offers, calls to action, forms and page flow
Coordinate A/B tests across advertisements, landing pages and lead-capture experiences
Monitor conversion rates and identify points of friction within the customer journey
Work with designers, developers and client teams to implement improvements
Ensure campaigns and landing pages provide a consistent buyer experience
6. Marketing Automation and Nurture
Support email, WhatsApp and other nurture journeys across the customer lifecycle
Build lead-nurture sequences for B2B prospects who are not immediately sales-ready
Develop webinar, content-download, consultation and post-event follow-up flows
Support lead-scoring, segmentation and handoff processes between marketing and sales
For D2C accounts, support abandoned-cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back and repeat-purchase campaigns
Analyse engagement and recommend ways to improve progression and conversion
7. Influencer and UGC Campaigns
Where relevant to the client account:
Identify appropriate micro and nano influencers based on audience relevance and brand alignment
Coordinate creator outreach, product seeding, briefs, deliverables and follow-ups
Support the development of authentic UGC for paid and organic campaigns
Maintain an organised record of creators, content status and usage rights
Evaluate creator content based on engagement, advertising performance and commercial value
8. Analytics and Conversion Tracking
Configure and monitor Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 and related tracking systems
Identify tracking gaps, attribution issues and inconsistencies in campaign reporting
Analyse advertisement, landing-page and customer-journey performance
Maintain clear documentation of campaign changes, tests and results
Build dashboards that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes
Ensure campaign decisions are supported by reliable performance data
9. Reporting and Performance Reviews
Prepare weekly dashboards covering campaign spend, reach, engagement, leads, conversions and commercial performance
Present insights, challenges and recommended actions during monthly strategy reviews
Explain what changed, why performance changed and what should happen next
Maintain visibility into active campaigns, experiments, results and upcoming priorities
Coordinate with clients, GroRev leadership, sales teams and creative resources
Translate performance data into clear commercial recommendations
