Digital Products & Service Nature

Due to the nature of digital products and online service delivery, most purchases are non-returnable once access has been granted, downloaded, activated, delivered, or substantially consumed.

This includes:

  • digital downloads

  • SaaS subscriptions

  • online courses

  • templates

  • frameworks

  • software access

  • strategy documents

  • consulting sessions

  • onboarding materials

  • execution resources

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • the purchased product or service cannot be accessed or delivered due to a verified technical issue attributable to GroRev SalesNair

  • the delivered service materially fails to meet the committed delivery scope outlined in the agreed proposal, service plan, or product description

  • GroRev SalesNair is unable to reasonably correct, refine, or fulfill the committed deliverables after being notified by the customer

Customers must first provide GroRev SalesNair with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before a refund request becomes eligible for review.

Resolution & Support Commitment

If a customer experiences:

  • platform access issues

  • onboarding problems

  • technical errors

  • delivery gaps

  • missing deliverables

  • service quality concerns

our team will make reasonable efforts to:

  • resolve technical issues

  • provide alternative access

  • refine deliverables

  • correct implementation gaps

  • improve service alignment where applicable

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved after review, the refund will be processed within:

30 working days

from the date of final refund approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where feasible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • change of mind

  • reduced usage after purchase

  • failure to use the service

  • dissatisfaction caused by factors outside GroRev SalesNair’s control

  • delays caused by incomplete client inputs or approvals

  • third-party platform limitations

  • customer-side technical environments

  • strategic outcomes dependent on customer execution

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel eligible recurring subscriptions according to the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not automatically guarantee refunds for prior billing periods.
