About the Internship
The GroRev Inside Sales Internship is a paid, work-based opportunity designed for graduates and early-career professionals who want to build
practical capabilities in modern B2B sales. It is not a fee-based training course.
Over three months, interns will receive a monthly stipend while completing structured end-to-end sales training, supervised on-the-job experience and hands-on work with sales technology, automation, artificial intelligence applications and productivity tools.
This is not an observation-only internship. Participants will work on structured sales assignments, practise real prospecting and communication skills, use professional sales tools and learn how qualified business opportunities are developed.

Three-Month Training and On-the-Job Learning Journey
The programme combines structured training with practical execution. Foundational training is completed during the first week, and supervised on-the-job training begins from the second week.
Week 1: Sales Foundations and Readiness
Understand B2B sales, customer acquisition and the sales pipeline
Learn the fundamentals of market, account and buyer research
Develop professional cold-calling and sales-conversation skills
Learn the basics of email and LinkedIn outreach
Receive CRM, sales-process and data-management orientation
Practise through role plays, mock calls and objection-handling exercises
Complete a readiness assessment before beginning live outreach
Weeks 2–4: Supervised On-the-Job Training
Begin working on live sales assignments under supervision
Research target markets, accounts and decision-makers
Build and validate prospect lists
Prepare account context before initiating outreach
Make supervised outbound calls to prospective customers
Support email, LinkedIn and follow-up activities
Record prospect interactions and next steps in the CRM
Participate in daily coaching, call reviews and feedback sessions
Learn sales automation, AI applications and productivity tools alongside live execution
Month 2: Build Consistency and Capability
Manage assigned prospecting activities with increasing independence
Execute structured calling, email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
Initiate and sustain professional prospect conversations
Identify customer requirements, challenges and buying intent
Apply qualification criteria to determine prospect suitability
Conduct timely and disciplined follow-ups
Schedule qualified discovery meetings or product demonstrations
Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity stages
Use automation and AI tools to improve research, preparation and productivity
Review weekly performance and implement coaching feedback
Month 3: Demonstrate Performance and Role Readiness
Take greater ownership of assigned accounts and outreach activities
Execute live prospecting with limited supervision
Generate meaningful sales conversations and qualified opportunities
Manage follow-ups and prospect progression independently
Maintain consistent CRM accuracy and process discipline
Demonstrate responsible use of sales automation and AI tools
Participate in campaign and performance-review discussions
Complete a final assessment covering communication, prospecting, qualification, productivity and professional discipline
Present an individual learning and performance summary
Undergo evaluation for potential conversion to a full-time role
Training continues throughout the programme. Interns receive ongoing coaching, call reviews, feedback and tool training while progressively taking greater responsibility for live sales execution.
On-the-Job Responsibilities
Under the supervision of GroRev’s sales team, interns may:
Research industries, companies and decision-makers
Build and validate prospect lists
Prepare account and buyer profiles

Initiate conversations with potential customers
Ask initial discovery and qualification questions
Follow up with interested prospects

Required Skills
Fluency in spoken English and Hindi
Good written English
Clear verbal communication
Confidence speaking with new people

Candidates available for the complete three-month programme
Previous sales experience is not mandatory. Communication ability, learning agility, discipline and commitment are more important.
